Working Principle

In a vertical ring die pellet machine, the ring die is mounted vertically, and the biomass agricultural waste is fed vertically through it. It involves compressing biomass agricultural waste material through a die with small holes, using pressure and heat to bind the biomass agricultural waste pellets together into dense pellets. The pellets are then cooled and hardened before being ready for use.
